Rules of Kaelithra

Short on purpose. If you need a lawyer to read the rules, the rules are wrong. Breaking them costs the account, not the character.

Accounts

  1. 1.1One person, one account. Sharing accounts voids any support claim.
  2. 1.2Usernames that impersonate staff, contain slurs, or start with a reserved prefix are removed without warning.
  3. 1.3You are responsible for your password. Change it from the account page if you suspect a leak.

Gameplay

  1. 2.1No third-party programs: bots, speed hacks, packet editors, memory tools. First offence is a permanent ban.
  2. 2.2Bug abuse is a ban. Report it through a ticket and you get a reward instead.
  3. 2.3Dual-clienting is allowed up to two clients per PC. Chip War is limited to one client per player.

Community

  1. 3.1Trash talk in war is normal. Harassment, doxxing and real-life threats are not. Both in game and on Discord.
  2. 3.2Real-money trading of items or characters is a permanent ban for both sides.
  3. 3.3Scam reports need screenshots. Staff do not refund trades made without them.

Staff

  1. 4.1GM accounts cannot trade, drop items or take part in PvP. Every cash grant is logged with the staff name.
  2. 4.2Staff will never ask for your password. Anyone who does is not staff.
  3. 4.3Decisions can be appealed once, by ticket, within seven days.
